- Bus No. 1 from Lucerne rail station to Kriens/Linde
- From the middle of November to the beginning of May, the Pilatus is only accessible from Kriens/Lucerne (by panoramic cable railway and cable car). Engineering works on Kriens–Fräkmüntegg panoramic cable railway and Fräkmüntegg-Pilatus Kulm cable car: 25.10.-12.11.10. During this period, the cogwheel rack railway still provides a regular service from Alpnachstad
- Wheelchair users and groups need a reservation
- Children: Under 6 years and children holding a Swiss Family Card do not require a ticket.
