How do I exchange the voucher for a ticket?

Once you have purchased your Titlis ticket, you will receive a voucher by e-mail. Show it either digitally or as a printout at the ticket office at the Titlis valley station. You will receive your ticket there.

How do I get to Titlis?

From Engelberg, get on the Titlis Xpress to the "Stand" midway station, where you change to the Titlis Rotair, which takes you to the summit. The Titlis Rotair is closed for maintenance from 10 August to 11 December 2026. During this time, the new Titlis Connect cable car will take you to the summit. The return journey from Engelberg to Titlis takes around 30 minutes each way.

Is Titlis accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Titlis is largely accessible. All stations have lifts. The Titlis Xpress, Titlis Rotair, restaurants and viewing terraces are accessible. The Glacier Cave is not accessible by wheelchair due to a turnstile.

Titlis ticket

The Titlis ticket takes you by cable car up Central Switzerland’s highest excursion mountain. A variety of attractions await you at the summit, such as the Titlis Cliff Walk and the Glacier Park, which are included in the ticket.

From 2025 to 2029, Titlis is set to gain several new highlights. All attractions will remain open. Temporary path changes, noise and visible rock residues on the snow may occur. The Titlis Rotair is closed from 10 August to 11 December 2026. You can reach the summit on the new Titlis Connect cable car.

Adults with a Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex or Swiss Half Fare Card valid on the day of travel receive a 50% discount. Adults with a Lucerne Travel Pass travel free of charge. There is no discount for senior citizens.

Children under 6 travel free of charge and do not require a ticket. If one parent has a Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex or Swiss Half Fare Card valid on the day of travel, children between the ages of 6 and 15 travel free of charge with the included Swiss Family Card.
