Children between the ages of 6 and 15 receive a reduced price if one parent has a Berner Oberland Pass. If one parent has a valid Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex or Swiss Half Fare Card, children up to the age of 15 travel free of charge with the included Swiss Family Card.
Children under 6 travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.

For your trip to the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, the Berner Oberland Pass gives you a 25% discount on your ticket from Grindelwald or Wengen. You can buy the ticket here and select the "Berner Oberland Pass" discount to benefit from the reduced price.
Most mountain railways in the Bernese Oberland do not require a seat reservation. Reservations must be made for the Jungfraujoch from the beginning of May to the end of October. They are also strongly recommended outside this period. Seat reservations are also strongly recommended for the Brienz Rothorn railway. They are not included in the Berner Oberland Pass and must be booked directly with the relevant railway operator.
