Cancellation policy

The Flex Cancellation option is an optional payment protection that you can add during the checkout process before payment. It gives you extra flexibility in case your travel plans change at short notice.

The Flex Cancellation option is valid for the Swiss Travel Pass, the Swiss Travel Pass Flex, the Swiss Half Fare Card, regional passes, mountain railway tickets and train tickets.

Tickets with the Flex Cancellation option can be cancelled free of charge up to one day before the first day of validity. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price. The Flex Cancellation option fee is non-refundable.

No refunds are possible from the first day of validity.

The following processing fees apply to cancellations:

• CHF 30 per order for cancellations from the date of purchase up to 4 days before the first day of validity
• CHF 60 per order for cancellations 3 to 1 day before the first day of validity

For train tickets:

• CHF 30 per ticket, max. CHF 60 per order

No refunds are possible from the first day of validity.

After purchasing your ticket, a dedicated link is available on the website that allows you to manage and cancel your ticket. The link is also included in your order confirmation email. To request a cancellation, you can also use our contact form. Our team will aim to process your request as quickly as possible.
