The Jungfraujoch ticket takes you from Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald or Wengen to Europe’s highest railway station. On the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, admission to attractions such as the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observation deck is included.

From the beginning of May to the end of October, a seat reservation is required for the journey to the Jungfraujoch.

How to get there

There are several ticket options for the trip up the Jungfraujoch with different routes included. Please select your preferred option during the booking process.

From Interlaken Ost

From Interlaken Ost, take the regional train in 1st or 2nd class to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen.

From Grindelwald, you can either take the Eiger Express to the Eiger Glacier station or follow the classic route via Kleine Scheidegg.

From Lauterbrunnen, the route continues via Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg, and from there on on the Jungfrau Railway.

No distinction is made between classes on the mountain railways and cableways. The ticket is valid for all routes departing from Interlaken Ost. You can choose different routes for the outward and return journey.

From Grindelwald/Wengen

If you choose the ticket from Grindelwald or Wengen, the same routes as described above are available to you. Here, too, you can choose different routes for the outward and return journey. The journey from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald or Wengen is not included.
